Arsenal confident of landing Ferran Torres?

Arsenal are reportedly confident of signing Barcelona forward Ferran Torres during the upcoming transfer window.

The Gunners were interested in signing the Spaniard from Manchester City last winter but he snubbed them to join the Blaugrana.

Torres had a fine start to his career at the Catalan giants last season, but he is now out-of-favour after their summer spending spree.

As a result, he could move on at the beginning of 2023, and Dean Jones claims that the Gunners are ready to make a fresh approach.

Mikel Arteta is a huge admirer of the former Valencia man, who can play anywhere in attack. He could be signed for £40 million.

Arsenal are desperate to pursue a new striker during the upcoming transfer window following a knee surgery for Gabriel Jesus.
