Man Utd identify three striker targets for January?
Manchester United have identified three possible striker targets for the January transfer window, according to The Mail.
The Red Devils are desperate to sign a new striker this month after parting ways with Cristiano Ronaldo on a free transfer.
A number of players have been linked with them, but it is now reported that they have earmarked three possible candidates.
Borussia Monchengladbach's Marcus Thuram is one of the players under consideration and he could be signed for £10m.
The Frenchman has been superb for his club this season, chipping in with 13 goals and four assists across all competitions.
Aside from Thuram, United are looking at the possibility of re-signing Memphis Depay from Barcelona in a loan deal.
Cameroon star Vincent Aboubakar is said to be another potential target following his tremendous World Cup displays.
Aboubakar could also be available on loan following Al-Nassr's mega-money deal to sign Ronaldo earlier in the week.
United are currently fourth in the Premier League standings with 32 points, two ahead of Spurs, who have played one game more.
