Chelsea keen on Moises Caicedo transfer
Chelsea are reportedly keen on landing the services of Moises Caicedo from Brighton & Hove Albion this month.
The Blues have spent over £150 million on new signings this month, but their spending spree could continue in the coming days.
After missing out on Enzo Fernandez, Caicedo is the main target and Fabrizio Romano claims that they want to sign him this month.
Caicedo could be available for a huge fee of around £80 million and the Blues are optimistic that the player will agree to join them.
The midfielder is currently in the process of recruiting a new agent and talks could then progress over a potential January transfer.
Chelsea seem clear-cut favourites to purchase Caicedo this month as no other clubs are looking at him at the current point of time.
Arsenal and Liverpool are ready to wait for the summer to strengthen their midfield. Caicedo is not considered as a top target for either.
The Gunners are hot on the trail of West Ham United's Declan Rice. Liverpool are tracking Benfica's Fernandez and Dortmund's Jude Bellingham.
