Newcastle United enter race to sign Chelsea forward

Newcastle United have reportedly entered the race to sign Chelsea forward Hakim Ziyech on a permanent deal.
The Moroccan has been a regular starter for the Blues after his World Cup heroics but could still leave in the coming days.
The London giants recently signed Noni Madueke to bolster the right wing and Ziyech is now free to pursue a new challenge.
Roma are keen on landing his services on loan with an option to buy but they could face fresh competition from the Magpies.
Eddie Howe's side have exceeded expectations in the current season and they are presently lying third in the table with 39 points.
They are six points ahead of fifth-place Tottenham Hotspur and have a genuine chance of qualify for the Champions League.
With this in mind, Ziyech could be a superb acquisition if he can make an instant impact. The Magpies' style of play could suit them.
It remains to be seen whether Chelsea are ready to do business with the Magpies, who are a direct Champions League rival now.
