Arsenal to make transfer decision on Folarin Balogun
Arsenal will make a transfer decision on Folarin Balogun following his season-long loan at Reims, according to The Sun.
The Gunners graduate has been outstanding for the French outfit this term, bagging 15 goals and two assists from 23 games.
His progress has caught the eye of many European clubs and Arsenal have a big decision to make over him this summer.
At the moment, the Gunners have Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah as their main strikers. Balogun would be the third choice.
It is unlikely that the youngster will accept a fringe player role and he could either be loaned out or sold on a permanent basis.
Bayer Leverkusen and Monaco are among clubs that are tracking Balogun, whose contract with Arsenal expires in June 2025.
The Gunners have not set any valuation for the 21-year-old, but they could easily demand in upwards of £30 million this summer.
Balogun has already shown that he can cut it against the best. He recently scored a late equaliser against Paris Saint-Germain.
