Chelsea looking at signing Serie A striker
Chelsea are looking at the possibility of signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen during the summer transfer window.
The Blues have had a tough Premier League campaign and they are currently languishing in the 10th spot in the standings.
Their prime concern has been the lack of goals and The Guardian claim that manager Graham Potter wants a new striker.
The report adds that the club have been keeping tabs on Osimhen and could make a transfer approach at the end of the season.
Osimhen has been superb for Napoli this term and he has bagged 21 goals from just 26 appearances across all competitions.
The 24-year-old has publicly confirmed his ambition of playing in the Premier League and Chelsea could be his next destination.
Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in his services, though he is not the priority target at the moment.
Erik ten Hag is said to prefer a move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane who has rich Premier League experience.
