Tottenham Hotspur lining up move for Man Utd goalkeeper?
Tottenham Hotspur could make an approach to sign Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson this summer.
The north London giants have had Hugo Lloris between the sticks for the last decade, but they are now prepared to replace him.
Everton's Jordan Pickford was initially the prime target but a deal seems unlikely following his new long-term contract.
Hence, they have turned their attention towards Henderson, as per ESPN. The 26-year-old is open to leaving United permanently.
Henderson is currently on a season-long loan at Forest, but Steve Cooper's side don't have the option to sign him on a permanent deal.
Forest are likely to make a proposal in the summer, but Spurs should have the upper hand in the pursuit of the shot-stopper.
United have yet to set an asking price for Henderson, but it has been claimed that he could cost in the region of £40m this summer.
Meanwhile, there are suggestions that United could offer Henderson as part of a deal to sign Harry Kane from the north Londoners.
