William Saliba to make Arsenal return vs Liverpool?
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has hinted that William Saliba could make the matchday squad versus Liverpool on Sunday.
The Frenchman has been a key player for the Gunners in central defence but he has not featured in the last two games with a back problem.
In his absence, Rob Holding has stood out alongside Gabriel Magalhaes but he does not possess the same quality as Saliba.
Arteta has now hinted that Saliba could be in contention to face the Reds.
He said: "There are no real changes with the rest of the players who were still injured."
"We have some hope with one of them tomorrow - maybe he's able to train."
Saliba was not spotted in any of the training pictures on Saturday afternoon but we won't be surprised if the Gunners are playing mind games.
Arsenal face a difficult challenge on their hands against Liverpool, considering they have not won at Anfield in more than a decade.
