Man Utd and Liverpool vying to sign former Chelsea star?

Manchester United and Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Roma striker Tammy Abraham ahead of the summer transfer window.

The England international left the Blues for Roma in the summer of 2021 and he has a brilliant debut season with 27 goals and five assists.

However, he has struggled to replicate the showing this term with only nine goals and seven assists. Despite this, he is attracting interest.

According to Fichajes, United and Liverpool have been monitoring his progress and could make summer bids for his signature.

Roma purchased him from Chelsea for around £34 million and it is claimed that he could be sold in the region of £42 million this summer.

Chelsea are also contemplating the prospect of re-signing Abraham but the final decision may depend on incoming boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Pochettino is expected to have a big say on the transfer business this summer and there are suggestions that he could keep Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku will return from his season-long loan at Inter at the end of the campaign. Pochettino is open to reviving his Blues career.
