Chelsea ready to spend £70m on Brighton midfielder?

Chelsea are ready to spend £70m to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo this summer.
The Ecuadorian was on the radar of the Blues in January but their £55m offer was snubbed by the Seagulls.
Arsenal went on to make an improved £70m bid for the midfielder but the south Coast outfit refused to sell.
It is now reported by Fichajes that Chelsea will return for Caicedo this summer.
The west London outfit are prepared to pay £70m for his services but it is unclear whether that will be enough.
The Seagulls committed Caicedo to a new long-term deal recently and they could demand a much higher sum.
We won't be surprised if the Seagulls hold out for around £100m to part ways with their prized asset thsi summer.
Arsenal seem to have turned their focus to West Ham's Declan Rice but they could also return for Caicedo too.
Mikel Arteta's side are preparing a mini-overhaul of their midfield and the likes of Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey could leave.
