Arsenal make decision to offload Brazilian attacker
Arsenal have made the decision to part ways with Brazilian attacker Gabriel Jesus when the transfer window reopens this summer.
The 27-year-old has had a tough campaign with the Gunners and he has only managed eight goals over the course of the season.
Kai Havertz has been preferred ahead of him up front in recent months and the club are eyeing another marquee striker this year.
The Athletic now report that Jesus is no longer an indispensable figure in the squad and he could be offloaded for the right price.
Aside from Jesus, Eddie Nketiah could also head for the exit door, having failed to start a Premier League game in the current year.
Nketiah last started in the 2-1 loss at Fulham on New Year's Eve and he has since been limited to cameo appearances off the bench.
Arsenal have their sights on landing a marquee centre-forward. Sporting star Viktor Gyokeres is one of the prime targets for them.
