Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Real Madrid clash
Arsenal have suffered a big injury blow ahead of the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.
The Gunners registered a stunning 3-0 win over Madrid in the first leg and they still face a huge challenge on their hands at the Bernabeu on Wednesday.
Ahead of the game, the club have sustained a setback with midfielder Jorginho ruled out for the encounter with a chest problem.
The Italy international suffered the unfortunate blow in the 1-1 draw against Brentford in the Premier League and had to be taken off the field.
Arsenal completed the game with 10 men as a result. It is now revealed that Jorginho won't be fit to face Los Blancos away from home.
Meanwhile, the Gunners face a nervous wait to find out whether Thomas Partey will be available for the trip to the Spanish capital.
Partey sustained a minor injury in the second half against the Bees, but Arsenal are hopeful that he will recover for the encounter.
