Sesko agrees terms with Arsenal

Arsenal have agreed personal terms with RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko ahead of a potential transfer, according to TNAT Patreon.

The Gunners have started concrete talks for the Slovenia international, who is the number one forward target for manager Mikel Arteta.

Leipzig want his €80m release clause to sanction his sale, but they are prepared to accept staggered payments for the transfer.

Amidst this, TNAT claim that the Gunners have agreed personal terms with Sesko and they are closing in on his signature this summer.

Sesko was reluctant to join the club last summer as he was reluctant to compete with Kai Havertz for the number nine position.

However, he is likely to be guaranteed regular minutes this time around. Sesko would be the club's undisputed starter upfront.

Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in his services, but Arsenal have an edge with Champions League football.

They are also in a strong financial position compared to the Red Devils, who won't be playing European football next season.
