Baptista staying put at Roma
Brazilian international forward Julio Baptista has ruled out any chance of him making a shock move to the Premiership, as Man City were reportedly ready to make an offer for the former Arsenal and Real Madrid man.
The Brazilian said: "I am not thinking about leaving Roma.
"I signed a four-year contract with Roma and I want to remain and help the team do better with respect to last season.
"Our aim will be to return to the UEFA Champions League."
