Blackburn to let Chimbonda leave
Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce has admitted that he would not stand in the way of Pascal Chimbonda should he look to leave the club in the January transfer window.
Chimbonda only recently joined Rovers in a 2.5 million GBP deal back in 2009; however Allardyce does not want to keep the French international at the club.
"We are not going to renew his contract. His determination is to find a new contract and we feel for both concerned it is better to let him see what he can get in January," said the Blackburn boss.
