Queen's Park Rangers midfielder M'bia joins Sevilla on loan
Queen's Park Rangers' 27 year old Cameroon midfielder Stephane M'bia has signed for Spanish club Sevilla on a season long loan.
The Cameroon international signed for QPR last season from French Ligue 1 leaders Marseille, with Joey Barton moving on loan in the opposite direction.
M'bia has made 32 appearances for QPR, 24 of which came last season during their failed battle against relegation to the Championship without scoring any goals. He became the 7th first team player to leave the club this season. M'bia made 69 appearances for Marseille during his 3 year stay, scoring 5 goals.
Christopher Samba returned to Anzhi Makhachkala for £12m, the same price he signed for QPR for in January. Anton Ferdinand signed on a free transfer for Turkish side Medical Park Antalyaspor, while Ji Sung-Park returned on loan to PSV Eindhoven, and Esteban Granero moved on loan La Liga's surprise package last season Real Sociedad, while Adel Taarabt and Loic Remy moved back to the Premier League, with the former moving to Fulham and the latter to Newcastle United. Jose Bosingwa was released following the end of the season.
