Adam Lallana agrees Liverpool extension
England international Adam Lallana is reported to have agreed on a fresh contract which will keep him at Liverpool until the summer of 2021.
The 28-year-old has established himself as a regular at Merseyside under Jurgen Klopp, and it now appears that he will be extending his previous contract.
According to The Sun, the former Saints midfielder has settled on fresh terms which will add a couple of years to his previous deal due to expire in June 2019.
Reds teammate Philippe Coutinho recently put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract, and it is reported that the club's hierarchy have sought to commit Lallana on similar terms on wages worth £31.2 per year.
Lallana joined Liverpool from Southampton in the summer of 2014 and has since gone on to amass over 100 appearances in all competitions.
