Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has placed the talented 19-year-old as his top target, having seen the likes of Fernando Torres, Andre Schurrle and Demba Ba struggle for form in the early stages of the season.



Fischer would appreciate the opportunity to make an inevitable switch away from the Dutch outfit to join one of Europe's elite teams.<br />

Ajax are expected to fight hard to keep hold of their talented player, having allowed the likes of Toby Alderweireld and Christian Eriksen leave the club during the summer transfer window.<br /><br />Viktor Fischer scored 12 goals in all competitions for the Dutch champions last season.
