Arsenal have confirmed that David Luiz, Cedric Soares, Pablo Mari and Dani Ceballos have all signed contract extensions of different lengths.
Luiz's previous deal was due to expire at the end of the month, but the club have now agreed to prolong his stay until the conclusion of the 2020/21 campaign.
Meanwhile, the Gunners have converted the loan deals of Soares and Mari into permanent ones. Both players have signed four-year contracts. Soares will join on a free transfer with his Southampton deal expiring on June 30.
Elsewhere, Mikel Arteta's side have ensured that Daniel Ceballos' loan stay has been extended until the end of the Premier League season. It is unclear whether the club will make an attempt to sign him permanently this summer.
The Gunners have endured a disappointing return to league action after the coronavirus shutdown and they have suffered back-to-back defeats which have dropped them to the 10th spot.
They are currently six points adrift of a potential Champions League spot and their chances of returning to the elite competition remain bleak, unless they can win the remaining eight games of the season and hope their rivals drop points.
