Chelsea have finally reached an agreement with Bayer Leverkusen over the transfer of Kai Havertz.
The German has been heavily tipped to join the Blues in recent days, but the deal was being held up over the nature of the add-ons.
According to Goal.com, a total agreement has now been reached between the sides and Havertz will join the Blues for an initial £72m.
It is added that the west London giants have agreed to pay two separate add-ons of £9m each with one of them based on trophy success.
Havertz will become the Blues' sixth signing of the summer transfer window and would take their spending to more than £200m.
They have already announced the arrivals of Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Malang Sarr and most recently Thiago Silva.
Their spending spree looks set to continue with West Ham United star Declan Rice the next target on their radar.
The Hammers want at least £80m for the versatile midfielder, but the Blues are aiming to pay around £65m for his services.
