Arsenal hope to curb indiscipline at Old Trafford
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is hoping to put a stop to early season indiscipline starting at Old Trafford in this weekend's massive Premier League tie against Man Utd.
The Gunners have already lost Alexandre Song to a three game suspension after a stamp on Joey Barton; meanwhile Gervinho was also sent off in the same game against Newcastle. Emmanuel Frimpong was sent off late on against Liverpool in the Gunners' next Premier League game.
Now Arsenal boss Wenger is hoping that his team can control themselves in the important battle with United: "The discipline has cost us a lot since the start of the season. If we had mastered our responses and reactions we could have six points," said Wenger.
"Sometimes at the beginning of the season it is like a Western film, they (the players) come out stronger.
"But we have shown that we have mental strength and good unity to fight. I'm confident we will be solid on Sunday and have a big performance."
