Arsenal to sign West Ham star Diame?

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger wants to make West Ham midfielder Mohamed Diame the first signing of the January transfer window. The former Wigan man would be allowed to leave Upton Park for around £7 million. 

The player tore his hamstring last month, but is set to return to action against Manchester United in the FA Cup tomorrow.


With Mikel Arteta out of action for over three weeks, the Gunners are desperate to find a midfield replacement and have decided that Diame is the perfect fit for their squad.
