Manchester United ready for a bidding war to sign Di Maria
The reigning Premier League champions Manchester United are reportedly ready to enter into a bidding war with Arsenal and Paris St. Germain fir the signature of Real Madrid winger Angel di Maria according to Spanish newspaper Marca.
The 25 year old is keen on staying at the Santiago Bernabeu while manager Carlo Ancelotti is ready to offload him as soon as the world record transfer deal for Gareth Bale goes through.
The Los Blancos are expected to make a formal announcement of signing Tottenham winger Gareth Bale very soon and have constructed a special platform for his official unveiling. With the 24 year old moving to the Spanish capital, Di Maria is considered to be surplus to requirements by manager Ancelotti.
With a host of clubs interested in his signature, Real Madrid would be keen to recover some of the money they are going to spend to bring Bale to the club this summer.
David Moyes is mulling over a bid for the Argentine after having failed to lure any other star to Old Trafford this summer.
