Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has revealed that the club are willing to sell Bony this summer, if the right offer comes by.

According to reports, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has lined up Bony as a potential replacement for Luis Suarez, who left Anfield earlier this month to join Barcelona.

It seems that the Swansea chairman has given Liverpool the green light to make a bid for Bony by admitting that they are willing to sell the striker this summer.

"Wilfried Bony is a fantastic guy to have around the club. He was a great professional with us last season and he’s the same now. If a club come in for him, a top Champions League club, and put the right offer on the table he knows full well we will speak to him about that," Jenkins said.

25-year-old Bony joined Swansea last summer from Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem for scored 16 goals in 34 Premier League games last season.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was also reportedly keen to sign Bony in order to take the workload off striker Olivier Giroud but that doesn't seem like a possibility now.
