Fiorentina to sign Chelsea reject Marko Marin

Fiorentina have agreed a loan deal to sign German winger Marko Marin. The player, who spent a spell on loan at Sevilla, had been told by manager Jose Mourinho that the German is free to leave Stamford Bridge.

Numerous clubs have been in contact with the Blues regarding Marin's availability, including Southampton manager Ronald Koeman, who even asked for a permanent deal for the German.

However Marin is ready to leave England and preferred a transfer to Italy and now Fiorentina have agreed a 1.25 million euro loan deal for 2014/15 for the winger.
