Arsenal plot move for French youngster Jordan Ferri
Arsenal scouts have been monitoring the progress of Lyon midfielder Jordan Ferri. Arsene Wenger deployed Gilles Grimandi to keep watch on the 22-year-old central midfielder last week.
The French under-21 international made his debut in December 2012 and has now forced his way into Lyon's starting lineup on a regular basis. The tough tackling 5 foot 7 player is very highly rated in Ligue 1 and has contributed with four assists so far this league campaign.
Lyon have a history of producing some of France's best young talent and are said to be requesting a fee of around 8.5 million euros for Ferri.
AC Milan are also known to have been keeping an eye on the talented midfielder.
