Chelsea lead race for Sergio Busquets

Chelsea are apparently ahead of Arsenal and Manchester United in the pursuit of Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets.

According to The Express, the Blues boss Jose Mourinho is keen on bolstering his defensive midfield options, and considers the Spain international as the perfect fit to provide stiff competition to the likes of Nemanja Matic and John Obi Mikel.

Busquets is understood to be considering his future at Camp Nou as he does not agree with manager Luis Enrique's future vision.

European giants Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also been credited with interest for the Spain international.
