Liverpool line up Neto move

Liverpool are planning a bid for Fiorentina goalkeeper Neto, according to The Express.

The Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is likely to move for a new shot-stopper in the summer, due to the inconsistency of current number one Simon Mignolet.

According to The Express, the Merseysiders will move for a new goalie in spite of Mignolet's good form since the turn of the year.

The report adds that Rodgers is keen on increasing competition for places, and will give the green light to sign up the La Viola keeper 

Liverpool are currently fifth in the Premier League.
