Arsenal to bid for Nabil Fekir
Arsenal to bid for Nabil Fekir
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has deployed his chief scout to monitor the performance of Olympique Lyonnais' star winger Nabil Fakir. The forward has recently enjoyed his first call up to the French national team.
With doubts about the long term future of forward Theo Walcott, it is understood that Arsene Wenger is ready to snap up Fakir this summer as a long term replacement.
Liverpool are said to be interested in Arsenal man Theo Walcott and will pay handsomely to sign the England international. Walcott has just 14 months left on his Gunners contract and the forward is still not sure where his future lies. With Walcott potentially headed for a move elsewhere, Fekir could be Arsenal's preferred replacement.
Fekir is already valued at around 17.5 million euros by Lyon.
