Agent of Fabregas in talks over Real Madrid move

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is eyeing a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer. The former Arsenal man was left out of Antonio Conte's starting line-up against West Ham United on Monday night.
The 29-year-old joined the West London giants from Barcelona in 2014, and played a key role in their Premier League triumph.
But, in the season which followed, he struggled to replicate a similar showing, and this cost Jose Mourinho his job midway through the campaign.
With Conte having arrived at the helm this summer, Fabregas' position has come into question with the 47-year-old in favour of a more robust midfielder in his ranks.
According to Spanish publication Sport, the Spaniard has decided to call quits on his Blues career with Conte preferring the likes Nemanja Matic, Oscar and N'Golo Kante ahead of him in the pecking order.
Fabregas' agent has held initial talks with Real president Florentino Perez over a possible move, whilst Serie A holders Juventus also hold strong interest in the playmaker.
The Spain international has three years left on his Blues contract.
