Son Heung-min off to Wolfsburg?
German side Wolfsburg are currently in pole position to sign Tottenham Hotspur attacker Son Heung-min. The 24-year-old has seen his playing time limited following the arrival of Vincent Janssen.
The South Korean footballer could be heading for a fresh challenge just a year after he signed from Bayer Leverkusen.
Son started off the previous campaign in fine fashion and there were expectations that he could earn a regular place in the starting line-up.
However, the form of Cristian Eriksen and Erik Lamela had been such that he had to contend with a role off the substitutes' bench.
The new season seems to have brought no change to his position with summer arrival Vincent Janssen proving to be the ideal companion to Harry Kane upfront.
According to The Mirror, the Wolves are eyeing a possible deal for the versatile attacker, who made a name for himself in the Bundesliga.
English champions Leicester City are also said to be in the running to land the highly-rated forward.
Son has recently insisted that he is in dark over his future at White Hart Lane amid the ongoing speculation.
