Everton to make bid for Andre Gray
Everton are believed to have been in contact with Premier League rivals Burnley regarding a potential move for striker Andre Gray. The prolific forward is a target for the Toffees' boss Ronald Koeman, who is actively seeking further attacking reinforcements for the upcoming campaign.
Andre Gray scored 9 goals in 32 games for Burnley last year but his goals were partially responsible for keeping his club in the Premier League for yet another season.
Ronald Koeman is a fan of Andre Gray and will reportedly double the striker's salary should he choose to move to Goodison Park.
There remains some uncertainty over the long-term future of current first choice striker Romelu Lukaku; thus the reported interest in Gray. Gray has just twelve months remaining on his contract with Sean Dyche's side and discussions regarding a new deal have yet to begin.
Everton has been one of the busiest teams in the transfer window so far and according to many reports; their transfer spending is unlikely to stop anytime soon.
