Perisic still on United radar?

Manchester United could reportedly retain their interest in Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic at the end of the season. The Croatia international inked a fresh five-year deal with the Nerazzurri last month, which includes a potential get-out clause.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri committed Perisic to a new long-term contract after they agreed on a £54m release which will be active next summer.

United boss Jose Mourinho had been desperate to sign a top-class winger to his ranks during the last transfer window, but they were apparently priced out by the Nerazzurri's £48.5m asking price.

The Red Devils have since had no major issues with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial shining on the left side of the attack, while Juan Mata has done his job efficiently without much fuss on the other flank.

Perisic has notched three goals and three assists in seven league outings for Inter Milan this term, but Mourinho could restrict a future move - with the attacker approaching his 29th birthday.
