Thomas Tuchel makes huge decision on Chelsea job
Former Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel has reportedly knocked back advances from Chelsea in order to join Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season.
According to ESPN, the 47-year-old has reached an agreement in principle with the runaway Ligue 1 leaders, and he is expected to replace Unai Emery at the helm during the summer.
Tuchel had initially been linked with Bayern Munich earlier this month, but the suggestion was quickly rubbished by chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, who confirmed that the German has already agreed to join another club.
Since then, there has been a mystery regarding Tuchel's next destination, but ESPN claim that he has agreed to succeed Emery at Parc des Princes next season.
The report is likely to come as a blow for the Blues, who are expected to dismiss Conte from the head coach role. The likes of Luis Enrique and Carlo Ancelotti have also been associated with the Blues, though there has not been a concrete approach for either manager.
