Manchester United are not ready to sell French winger Anthony Martial, Sky Sports reports.

This is coming after the player's agent, Philippe Lamboley said that the attacker wants to leave the club.

The former Monaco attacker was left out of the French squad for the FIFA World Cup, and it is not a big surprise to football fans that he wants to leave Jose Mourinho's side.

Despite his abilities to quickly move forward in games, Martial has not been Mourinho's favourite player as he rarely start games for United.

Martial was bought from Monaco in 2015 by former Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal, but the pacy winger is yet to live up to the expectations that trailed his arrival to Old Trafford.

The availability of playing time that have helped previous United stars to develop is currently lacking for Martial. It remains to be seen if there will be a transfer chaos at United, but it will not be out of place if Martial seeks assurances over his position in the team before he decides to stay at the club.
