Arsenal in talks with Sevilla over midfielder
Arsenal are in talks with Sevilla over the possible transfer of midfielder Steven N'Zonzi, according to Sky Sports.
The France international is no stranger to the Premier League having played for Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City.
N'Zonzi has made it clear he wants to leave the Spanish side, and he has been linked with his former coach, Unai Emery.
He is currently with the French squad at the ongoing World Cup in Russia, and came on as a second half substitute as France defeated Uruguay by two goals to nothing to reach the semi-final.
Arsenal have already completed the signings of Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno and Sokratis Papastathopoulos, and are closing in on Uruguay midfielder Lucas Torreira who plays for Italian side Sampdoria.
Arsenal have not completed big signings yet, but Emery has been working hard to ensure the start of the league season does not hit them like a Tsunami.
Arsenal start the Premier League season with games against Manchester City and Chelsea at home and away respectively.
