Barcelona reveals Andre Gomes' transfer price tag

Barcelona have placed a £20m price tag on Andre Gomes, according to Mirror Football.

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have an interest in the midfielder and the former have been told £20m will be enough to get the player.

Gomes is among a group of players the La Liga champions are looking to sell to raise money to improve their squad.

Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Eden Hazard from Chelsea and will need a lot of money to finance any deal.

However, Catalan-based newspaper Sport reports that Arsenal are not ready to meet the player's valuation.

Gomes joined Barcelona from Valencia two years ago but has been unable to nail down a first team place.

As new Arsenal boss Unai Emery continues to look for new signings to bolster his squad, former Manchester United attacker Danny Welbeck is being linked with a move out of the club.

New Everton boss Marco Silva is looking to bring in Welbeck, according to The Times. Welbeck is deemed surplus to requirements at the Emirates.
