Real Madrid make bid for Chelsea duo
Real Madrid have made a £100m bid for Chelsea duo of Thibaut Courtois and Willian, according to the Daily Mail.
After rejecting three bids from Barcelona for Willian, Chelsea are reportedly considering this bid for the Brazilian. It is said that of the £100m, around £65m is meant for the transfer of the former Shakhtar Donetsk player.
Willian has also been linked with Manchester United with reports indicating that United have made a bid worth £66m. On the other hand, Thibaut Courtois wants a move to Spain to be with his family and has reportedly agreed personal terms with the Spanish giants.
It is expected that Chelsea will eventually sell to Real as they are already in the market looking for a replacement. They have been linked with Joe Hart, Petr Cech, Kasper Schmeichel, and recently, Everton's Jordan Pickford.
Chelsea have also brought former England goalkeeper Robert Green to the Bridge on a one year deal. The goalkeeper was considering retirement before joining the FA Cup holders. He will most likely be a backup goalkeeper.
