Zidane expecting Manchester United job
Former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has told friends that he expects to be given the Manchester United coaching job, should Jose Mourinho be sacked.
The former France international is currently without a managerial job after resigning from his role as the coach of Real Madrid where he won three consecutive UEFA Champions League titles.
Zidane is reportedly waiting on the side, getting ready to take over at Old Trafford, should United's woes continue, and Mourinho receive the sack eventually.
Manchester United have only played two games, but there has been a lot of talk about the club's transfer policy after their 3-2 loss to Brighton and Hove Albion last weekend.
Mourinho had said before the close of the transfer window that the club face a difficult season should United fail to sign players.
United did not get what Jose wanted, and with two games into the season, the difficulties are already manifesting, making Mourinho very angry over the 'failed' transfer window.
According to reports, more people are now betting that former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will replace Mourinho at Old Trafford.
