Chelsea plan to use Bakayoko to sign AC Milan winger
Chelsea are reportedly prepared to utilise AC Milan's loan move for Tiemoue Bakayoko in an attempt to sign Suso from the Serie A outfit.
Bakayoko joined the Rossoneri on a season-long loan during the summer after failing to make himself a regular under new boss Maurizio Sarri.
According to Calciomercato, Sarri is now keen on pursuing Suso from the San Siro giants and he is supposedly prepared to part ways with Bakayoko on a permanent basis next summer to push through the move.
Suso, who is represently a full international with Spain, has previously featured in the Premier League with Liverpool between 2010 and 2015 where he made 21 appearances.
He has since been with the Rossoneri for the past three seasons and last campaign produced his best-ever return as he scored eight times in 50 matches across all competitions.
Chelsea managed to reinforce the squad during the summer with the signings of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Rob Green, Mateo Kovacic (loan) and Jorginho but none of those have been focused on bolstering the frontline.
