Barcelona make transfer decision on Adrien Rabiot
Arsenal and Liverpool have received a potential transfer boost in signing Adrien Rabiot in the summer with Barcelona ending their interest in the French midfielder.
The Paris Saint-Germain ace is widely expected to leave Parc des Princes on a free transfer during the summer after declining the option to sign a new contract beyond the current campaign.
According to The Mirror, the Catalan giants have now officially ended their pursuit of Rabiot, given they have already bolstered their midfield ranks with Frenkie de Jong, who will be joining them in the summer.
The news is likely to come as a boost for several Premier League sides including Arsenal and Liverpool, who have been linked with the Frenchman on a long-term basis.
Rabiot has recently been fancied to join the Gunners due to the presence of ex-Les Parisiens boss Unai Emery. However, the midfielder also has a special reservation for the Reds as he is keen to work under Jurgen Klopp.
