Arsenal make fresh decision on Yannick Ferreira Carrasco?
Arsenal have reportedly decided against meeting the valuation for Yannick Ferreira Carrasco with manager Unai Emery said to prefer the signing of Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser instead.
The Gunners boss is said to be eager to strengthen the wider attacking position this summer and Carrasco has recently been widely touted to join them from Dalian Yifang.
However, according to The Mirror, that does not appear the case and Carrasco remains only a back-up option to Fraser in terms of bolstering the attacking department.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe has recently revealed that Fraser could be allowed to spend the remaining 12 months of his deal, but the Gunners remain hopeful that they can seal an agreement for the Scotland international.
Fraser had a fantastic Premier League campaign with the Cherries last term where he contributed seven goals and 14 assists to the team's cause. He was just one assist short of Eden Hazard, who bagged the Playmaker award.
