United rejected chance to land Kean

Manchester United are understood to have rebuffed the opportunity to sign Moise Kean from Juventus during this summer's transfer window.

The 19-year-old is currently on the cusp of joining Everton in a deal worth £29m but it appears that things could have paved differently, had the Red Devils made an approach.

According to 90min, super-agent Mino Raiola had offered the Red Devils with the chance to sign the Italy international but their advances were turned down by the Premier League heavyweights.

Raiola has previously done business with the Red Devils after having brought the likes of Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Old Trafford.

However, his relationship with the club's board seems to have deteriorated over the past few months, considering he has been seeking to lure Pogba towards a fresh challenge.

Keane, who has represented Italy on three occasions, is expected to join the Toffees in the next few days. The teenager contributed seven goals from just 17 appearances for the Bianconeri last season.
