Manchester United receive double injury boost ahead of Arsenal game
Manchester United have received a major boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Arsenal tonight with both Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford passing a late fitness test.
Pogba was deemed a huge doubt for the league game after sustaining a swollen ankle against Rochdale in midweek but he seems to have recovered in time for the contest, The Manchester Evening News reports.
Meanwhile, Rashford picked up a groin problem during the Red Devils' 2-0 league defeat at West Ham United last weekend and he could be involved in the matchday squad tonight after checking in at the Lowry Hotel.
The Red Devils have experienced a mixed beginning to the current campaign and their concerns have mainly lied in the forward department with goals hard to come by.
Since the 4-0 win over Chelsea, the Red Devils have netted just six times from seven matches and they need to come up with a much better performance to secure maximum points against the Gunners at Old Trafford.
