Leroy Sane contemplating move to Bayern Munich

Manchester City winger Leroy Sane is still contemplating about his move to Bayern Munich, reports Goal.com

The German was highly tipped to leave Etihad in favour of the Bavarians last summer but a serious knee injury stopped the buzz for a while.

The report adds that Sane is still unsure about his return to Bundesliga as Bayern haven’t contacted him in January.

The 23-year-old managed to rack up 10 goals and 10 assists last term despite the fact he wasn't the preferred starter for Pep Guardiola. The lack of playing time under the Spaniard boss also led him to consider a move to Germany.

After six long months, the former Schalke man has returned to full training with the squad on Tuesday, providing a huge boost for Guardiola at the crucial stage of the season.

The Cityzens are awaiting Manchester United in the Carabao Cup replays tonight after securing a 3-1 in the first leg. They are currently second in the Premier League table, trailing Liverpool by 16 points.
