Dani Ceballos to push for Arsenal exit?
Dani Ceballos is reportedly determined to part ways with Arsenal during the current transfer window after failing to receive assurances of regular playing time under Mikel Arteta.
The Spaniard joined the Gunners on a season-long loan from Real Madrid last summer and managed to make 17 appearances between August and November before picking up a hamstring injury.
Since then, the club have changed permanent managers with Arteta replacing Unai Emery at the helm and the Spaniard has resisted the prospect of playing the midfielder following his injury comeback.
Ceballos has earned just 35 minutes of playing time under the guidance of Arteta and The Athletic reports that he is keen on leaving the Emirates before the transfer deadline to pursue a temporary move elsewhere.
Valencia have expressed an interest in signing him prior to the La Liga transfer deadline on Friday but the decision may depend on whether the Gunners are prepared to terminate his loan contract.
Ceballos has been a regular with Spain over the past year but he is concerned that he could miss out on a Euro 2020 spot due to the lack of first-team football at the north London side.
