Tottenham Hotspur in talks to sign Juventus star?
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking at the prospect of signing Alex Sandro from Juventus in a part-exchange deal.
The north London side are likely to strengthen their defence during the summer and they are looking for additions in both full-back positions.
According to Tuttosport, the capital outfit have identified Sandro as the prime target to strengthen the left-back spot but they are unlikely to meet the £44m price tag set by the Bianconeri.
Instead, they are planning to propose a player-plus-cash deal involving Serge Aurier as a makeweight such that they can reduce the overall sum for the transfer.
Aurier has been Spurs' preferred right-back option this term but he is expected to be offloaded this summer with Thomas Meunier tipped to join on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.
Meanwhile, the arrival of Sandro could pave the way for the departure of Danny Rose. The England international is currently on loan with Newcastle United and could yet join the Magpies on a permanent basis.
