Chelsea set asking price for striker amid Leeds interest
Chelsea are set to demand a fee of around £20m for Michy Batshuayi amid the transfer interest from Leeds United, a report from Het Laatste Nieuws claims.
The Belgian has been with the Blues for the past four seasons, but has been unable to cement a regular role in the Premier League under any manager.
With under one year left on his contract, he is expected to leave the club this summer and HLN claims that he could be on his way to Leeds.
The Blues are aware of the transfer interest from the Whites and it is reported that they could demand around £20m to sanction the striker's sale.
Batshuayi was the third-choice striker behind Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud last term and he did not appear after the COVID-19 shutdown.
The arrival of Timo Werner has pushed him further down the pecking order. It remains to be seen whether Leeds are willing to meet the price for his services.
