Arsenal provide positive injury update on trio
Arsenal have provided a positive injury update on three players ahead of their Europa League group stage clash against Dundalk on Thursday night.
The Gunners were without Willian for the past two games due to a calf problem, but the Brazilian is back in contention ahead of the midweek game.
Elsewhere, Rob Holding has made good recovery from the hamstring injury picked up in the warmup prior to the Manchester City clash.
The centre-back is likely to return to regular training by next week, but may not make an appearance until after the international break.
Meanwhile, David Luiz is being assessed after the thigh problem which forced him to be substituted at the midway stage of the Leicester City loss.
The Brazil international is set to miss the Dundalk clash, but could recover in time for the crunch Premier League trip to Manchester United.
Arsenal are overwheling favourites to beat Dundalk and Mikel Arteta may be tempted to play some of the young and fringe players against them.
