Manchester United receive major injury boost ahead of AC Milan clash

Manchester United have received a major injury boost ahead of the Europa League clash against AC Milan on Thursday.

The Red Devils drew 1-1 against Milan during the first leg of the last 16 tie at home after conceding a late equaliser.

They must score at San Siro to stay in the competition and ahead of the game, they have received a major boost on the injury front.

Paul Pogba (thigh), Edinson Cavani (muscle), Donny van de Beek (calf) and Anthony Martial (hip) are all in contention to face the Rossoneri.

Meanwhile, David de Gea is also available for selection after serving his quarantine period following his return from Spain.

United were made to rue for missing clear-cut chances through Harry Maguire and Daniel James in the reverse fixture.

Milan were missing key players at Old Trafford, but they have also received a big boost ahead of the midweek meeting.
